America: Follow Cash Inside Criminality & Force Imprisonment For Crimes Or Perish!
The Music Modernization Act in 2018 is the national “wake-up call” of corporate takeover by criminal minds inside the nation’s capital.

In April of 2018, a terrible act was begun inside the House of Representatives. It was an effort to tromp on the rights of artists in the music industry. Without anyone being adequately informed of the deed, and without the vote of the general public, the bill was approved by the country’s Senate. It was signed into law by President Donald J. Trump. It all happened in less than six months.
The law is 67 pages. It was done to profit one particular type of format in music sales: streaming. It annihilates copyright protection for artists in music. This makes it a no-brainer that the thing steals and isn’t good. It steals away the recordings that have cost music companies and record producers millions and decades of their lives to issue.
How can this happen?
There’s no textbook answer other than look at what our forefathers had to fight against in order to protect democracy from tyrants at the start of the nation. It’s never easy to protect democracy. It must be done, however, or we won’t have a country.
Here in my blog, I am dedicated to a belief that we need fair treatment for music’s artists. We need that so badly, and it must be provided under federal law. That’s the only way to cut the cash flow amongst the highest corporations in the industry who are guilty of so much back-stabbing that every single “fact” they relay should be electronically tethered and then carefully fact-checked.
Let’s give a nasty shout-out to the “entertainment attorneys” here, too, in this blog about the dangers of the MMA because a dangerous type of fake lawyer lurks in the background. Ask these guys if “the people” still make the law in the United States. They practically scream their answer at you.
Most “entertainment attorneys” are friends of corporate giants such as ASCAP at the start of their career. Rather than protect hard-working artists, they waste their years tail-chasing. It’s impossible to engage in productive conversation when most of entertainment attorneys have partaken in a crappy underground takeover of music. This makes them sort of recoil when you say, “I’d like to help you create a safe, sane and ethical music industry.
What the industry desperately needs are diligent contract and copyright attorneys, as well as a lot of human rights attorneys who are committed to ending slavery, sex abuse, abandonment and entrapment.
All this is to show how attorneys and industry executives enjoy ridiculous high pay and security of cash flow—more than any artist—but don’t even whisper when they know the Music Modernization Act just made a bona fide No-Man’s-Land in music.
Artists have been being left unprotected by federal law for more than 100 years. Once federal laws are made to protect music’s creators and artists, the whole game changes overnight.
Therefore, new federal law governing fair treatment and the return of FULL copyright protection for artists in music is the only guaranteed betterment. My human rights campaign here for these protections is long overdue—probably by 100 years.
My work here is way too simple. It’s based on the type of thinking that launched the best country in the world. I think in basic terms. I know freely how these bad people lie so as to complicate our lives. Make no mistake: YES, they intend to steal your money. NO, they do NOT care if their victims, or their trash-talking objects, die. In fact, that tells them they are some demented demon spirits and, folks, you shouldn’t let them walk away from that behavior against you and your children, or your spouse, without taking that fake lawyer to court and getting him or her debarred.
My call beckons to the reason our forefathers fought at all to win this great nation’s boundaries. The essential rights of fairness, equality, the right to speak freely one’s thoughts, and the rights to own one’s own life and property seems to be endangered.
There are police and military men and women who have your back. They want to see an honest America. We need MORE police and military when it comes to protecting our basic rights.
America, hear me: Follow the cash-flow whenever criminal activity takes place inside our country such as unconstitutional laws, fraud of government officials, murder, false imprisonment or government take-over. Follow the money. Don’t let it be stolen. Follow the property ownership and watch carefully to whom it all goes. When the perpetrator is identified, work with The Law to get them imprisoned. And publicly warn the industry so their power is cut to take such steps again.
If we don’t make these types of efforts and do so with success America will die.
